Town Code Sec. 86-33

Pruning of Trees: 

Every owner of any tree overhanging any public street or public right-of-way within the town shall prune the branches so that such branches shall not severely obstruct the light from any street lamp of obstruct the view of any street intersection, and so that there shall be a clear space of 14 feet above the street surface or 8 feet above the sidewalk surface.
